Methodology: Implementation of self development, life skills, character building, accountability, life exposures, academic attunement, and Leadership curricular through use of the Board Room concept.  This concept is designed to ensure that the CEO and other leadership roles are envisioned at an early age.  Use of Board Room decorum and requirements, along with leadership strategies and development, usually not well sought out until after one has started a career and decided that promotion is desired.
